With Virtual Buildings Information System (VBIS), all data captured is fully integrated with the client’s existing systems. Being software agnostic, Kairos uses its own self-developed app with built-in prompts, tools and checklists for data capture – not an off-the-shelf version utilised by many of its competitors.
To simplify the process, it has also automated 95% of its data quality assurance through analytics, scripting and AI – which means that data is pre-cleansed and the output is specific to each client with a master knowledge base that automatically references and updates.
